Location of Kongowea market in Mombasa: Where exactly is it and how does it operate?

Well, Kongowea market in Mombasa is to be found just across the Nyali Bridge/Nyali Traffic Lights junction. So, coming from Mombasa Island, you just cross the Nyali bridge, and the area starting from Nyali lights is what we refer to as Kongowea market.

At Nyali lights, if you turn right (to take the Fidel Odinga road that lead into Nyali estate), you will see a conspicuous footbridge that goes overhead.
